Hosting the IOE Program

ESEC is privileged to partner with many fine institutions throughout China. The host institution plays a key role in the success of an IOE program. ESEC focuses on "training the trainer" - such as Chinese English teachers - and gives extra attention to public institutions for higher learning as well as select industry training centers.

The Program

ESEC does not send teachers - ESEC sends an English training program! This package program comes complete with curriculum, course subjects, course schedule, trained teachers, and a contract. The ESEC program is designed to boost oral English skills. This program has proven successful with both undergraduate students and adults - university and middle school English teachers, government workers, company employees, and other professionals.

Requirements

The key factor for a successful ESEC program comes from the host institution - leaders who understand the ESEC program and philosophy. ESEC seeks a strong spirit of friendship and understanding in our cooperation with institutions. We offer a comprehensive contract with standard benefits for foreign teachers.
