Hosting the SIE Program

ESEC is privileged to partner with many fine institutions throughout China. The host institution plays a key role in the success of an SIE program. The SIE program focuses on "training the trainer" - Chinese English teachers - and gives attention to public institutions.

The Program

ESEC does not send teachers - ESEC sends an English training program! This package program comes complete with curriculum, course subjects, course schedule, trained teachers, and a contract. The ESEC program is designed to boost oral English skills. The SIE program has proven successful with university and middle school English teachers.

Requirements

The key factor for a successful ESEC program comes from the host institution - leaders who understand the ESEC program and philosophy. ESEC seeks a strong spirit of friendship and understanding in our cooperation with institutions. We offer a comprehensive contract with standard benefits for summer teachers.
