ESEC is privileged to partner with many fine institutions throughout China. The host institution plays a key role in the success of an IOE program. The T.I.P. program uniquely creates a total English environment for the students. Therefore, a host institution should provide an area, including the students' living quarters, where only English can be spoken. The Program T.I.P. is designed to rapidly increase listening and spoken fluency skills in English. T.I.P. methods are different from traditional classroom methods. In fact, ESEC sends "facilitators" not "teachers" because we fully embrace "student-centered" learning approach in which the learner is responsible for making progress - ESEC provides the environment and facilitates the process. Requirements The key factor for a successful ESEC program comes from the host institution - administrators who understand the T.I.P. philosophy.
